How it works
A spreadsheet of image links
Export from Shopify, WooCommerce, your PIM, or anywhere else. One column with the image URL is all we need — everything else you send comes back untouched.
A model that looks at each photo
Not a template. Each image is described from what is actually in it, using your product title and type as context. Accessibility style or SEO style, your call.
The same file, plus the alt text
You get a CSV with one new column per language, in the same row order. Import it back the way you exported it. Nothing to reconcile by hand.

Questions
What exactly do I send you?
A CSV with a column containing the image URLs — named image_url,
image, url or src, or just tell us which column
it is. Every other column you include is returned exactly as it came, so you can match
rows back without doing any work.
Do the images have to be public?
Yes — the links need to be reachable so the model can look at the photo. A Shopify or WooCommerce product image URL works as-is. If your images sit behind a login, tell us and we will find a way around it.
Where are the images processed?
On our own hardware in Europe. They are not sent to OpenAI, Google or any other AI vendor, and nothing is used to train any model. Images are held only while the job runs. Full detail in the privacy notice.
What if I do not like the results?
Every tier includes at least one free re-run with a different style or extra instructions. If the output is genuinely unusable, you do not pay — we would rather lose the job than argue about it.
Is this the same thing as the Shopify app?
Same engine, different shape. This is a one-off job on a file you send; the app lives inside your store and keeps up with it automatically as you add products. If your catalogue changes often, the app is cheaper — ask us and we will say so.
